A Letter From the Beta Delta Chapter President

Alpha Chi Omega at William and Mary

Dear parents, sisters, and Potential New Members,

Welcome to the official website for the Beta Delta of Alpha Chi Omega! My name is Annalise Ajmani, and I am the Chapter President. We are so excited you’re interested in learning more about our incredible organization. It has truly been my honor and privilege to be a member of this chapter since the fall of my freshman year. By being a sister of Alpha Chi, I have become more confident in myself, found my best friends and role models, and met my go-to study buddies. My freshman year self would never have considered serving on the Executive Board of either my sorority or my dance organization, but the support from my sisters allowed me to do both. I know my sisters will be there for me with snacks after the MCAT, flowers after a dance performance, and a warm smile at the end of a long day. This chapter has truly changed me for the better, and I am forever thankful that I joined it.

Being a member of a Greek organization is more than just an opportunity to meet new people. We encourage our sisters to uphold our five core values: character, leadership ability, academic interest, personal development, and financial responsibility. These values can be applied both within the chapter and in their day-to-day lives, and we hope our focus on these areas will successfully prepare them for success in life after college. The Beta Delta chapter is comprised of some of the most inspiring, incredible people I have ever met. My sisters have allowed me to learn and grow, and I find myself inspired by them every day.

I would highly encourage you to click around on our website to learn more about our sisterhood. Some of the areas we are most proud of are our philanthropic cause (Domestic Violence Awareness and Prevention), our leadership opportunities, and our Traveling Lyre project. If you have any questions about what Greek life at William & Mary looks like, please feel free to contact me directly or leave us a note through the “Contact Us” tab on this website. We look forward to hearing from you!

Best,

Annalise Ajmani
