Avalon: A Center for Women and Children
The Beta Delta Chapter also supports Avalon: A Center for Women and Children. Avalon is a local shelter for survivors of intimate partner violence. The shelter promotes education on violent relationships and empowers survivors. Sisters of the Beta Delta chapter support Avalon both through our philanthropic donations and volunteer service. Sisters offer their time and efforts both as regular volunteers and in groups for events like Martin Luther King Day and at Avalon’s winter programming.
